Allow fractional components for items that only use a partial amount of an item

I use 1/4 of an item to make another item that I sell. Allowing decimals in the component quantity will allow me to sell 4 items per 1 full component.

Allow us to bundle down components and track ATLEAST to the 6th or 7th decimal place to match Quickbooks and other inventory systems.

Example 1/2 qty of product A into Product B.
